Gotta say, Japanese Pokemon cards are where it's at for the unique artwork and collector's value. They often get cool promos and special editions that don't make it outside Japan. If you're more into the collecting aspect than playing, Japanese cards might be more appealing to you.

Definitely depends on what you're looking for! If you want cards that are easier to play with locally and more widely accepted in tournaments, go for English cards. They're also easier to read if you're not fluent in Japanese. But, if you're into collecting for rarity or aesthetic reasons, Japanese cards often have unique artwork and can be more valuable in the collector's market. Plus, they're just super cool.

English cards, hands down. Easier to find, trade, and play with others. Plus, you can actually read what's on them without needing a translator app every time!

Honestly, why not both? Collecting both English and Japanese Pokemon cards can give you the best of both worlds. You get to enjoy playing with the English cards and marvel at the collectibility and beauty of the Japanese ones. It's a win-win situation if you ask me.

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
