Should I collect Japanese or English Pokemon cards?
Honestly, it boils down to personal preference and what goals you have for your collection. If you're into the art and elegance, Japanese cards are super cool and sometimes have unique art not found on their English counterparts. But if you're thinking about trading or playing more locally, English cards might be more practical since they're widely used and understood.

English cards, all the way. Easier to trade and play with at local shops and tournaments. Plus, you won't run into any language barriers when trying to figure out what your card does in the middle of a game!
Why not both? Collecting both Japanese and English versions of your favorite Pokemon cards could give your collection a unique edge and double the fun. Plus, it's a great way to immerse yourself in the world of Pokemon TCG even more.
Japanese cards have a certain allure to them, not gonna lie. They often feel more exclusive and the print quality is top-notch. If you're more about collecting than playing, I'd say go for the Japanese ones.
Japanese cards, cuz they're cooler and often get the artwork first. English is just playing catch up IMO.
