That depends on how you want your Fallout 4 story to play out. The Brotherhood of Steel has some pretty cool tech and power armor, but they can be pretty extreme in their views. If you're not down with their 'hoard technology and cleanse the Commonwealth' vibe, then you might feel better siding against them. Remember, it's your Commonwealth, your rules!

Honestly, it's all about what you value in the wasteland. I sided with them on my first playthrough because I liked the idea of having a strong military force keeping the peace. But on my second run? Let's just say, it was satisfying to watch their airship go down in flames. Your game, your choice!
Nuke 'em. The Brotherhood of Steel are a bunch of tech hoarders who don't play well with others. Plus, taking them down means you get to keep all their fancy gadgets for yourself. Just saying, the Minutemen can always use more firepower.
