Deciding to kill Father in Fallout 4 really boils down to how you've chosen to role-play your character and what factions you align with. If you're siding with the Railroad or the Minutemen, taking him out aligns with their goals. But, if you're looking for a more nuanced storyline or want to see the Institute's perspective, keep him alive longer. Remember, your choices shape the wasteland!

In my playthrough, killing Father felt like the only choice that made sense to me, given how the Institute operates. It felt like justice for all the chaos they caused.

Nah, keep him alive. The story gets way more interesting if you play along with the Institute for a bit. Plus, you can always change your mind later.
