Definitely read it! The manga gives you the pure essence of Oda's storytelling without the filler episodes that the anime sometimes has. Plus, you get to see the original art as it was meant to be seen!

Watch One Piece by winning Crunchyroll credit on Playbite!

Manga all the way. The pacing is faster, and you can go through the storyline without waiting for new episodes to air. Plus, manga readers often get to know the plot twists before the anime watchers do.

Honestly, why not both? Start with the manga to get ahead in the story, then watch the anime for the epic fights and to hear the catchy opening songs.

Watch it! The anime brings the world of One Piece to life with color, motion, and music. It's a different experience to see Luffy's adventures animated, and the voice actors really bring the characters to life.

Just watch it. The manga is great n all, but the anime鈥檚 fight scenes are epic. Reading a fight scene vs watching it with music and effects? No contest.

If you're a One Piece fan, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Crunchyroll gift card, which you can win and use to stream anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
