If you're looking for a smoother, more optimized performance, stick with DirectX. OpenGL works but usually isn’t as optimized for War Thunder.

I’ve tried both, and DirectX is the way to go for better FPS and fewer glitches. OpenGL can feel sluggish.

Nah, stick with DirectX. Better for gaming on most PCs.

Honestly, DirectX seems to give better performance boosts for War Thunder, especially on Windows. OpenGL can be hit or miss.

You can try OpenGL if you're having issues with DirectX, but it's generally not recommended unless you have a specific reason.
