As someone who binge-watched Black Butler in both subbed and dubbed, I found the dubbed version to be surprisingly good. The English voices fit the characters well, especially Sebastian's smooth, velvety voice!
Honestly, it's up to you! Both versions have their merits. If you prefer understanding every word without reading subtitles, go for the dub.
