You don't *have* to watch Dragon Ball GT before Super since they're not directly connected. GT is more of an alternate timeline, while Super continues the story from Z. But hey, if you're a completionist and love Goku, then why not?

From personal experience, I watched Super first and it was fine! GT has its moments, but Super follows the canon story from Z.

Nah, you can totally skip GT and jump right into Super. GT is fun but not essential for understanding Super.

GT has some cool fights and transformations, but it's not necessary to understand Super. Dive into Super if you're eager to see the continuation from Z.

Super all the way. GT is like the fun side quest you can come back to later.

If you're a Dragon Ball fan, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Crunchyroll gift card, which you can win and use to stream anything you want essentially for free!

In case you're wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying ads) and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
