Haha, 100 what? If you mean 100% of your gaming time, then ABSOLUTELY. War Thunder is that addictive! :P
Been playing War Thunder for years! Set it to 100 if your rig can handle it without overheating. Otherwise, 80-90% still looks fantastic and runs smoother.
I'd say no. Running War Thunder at 100% resolution scale might not be necessary unless you have a high-end PC or console.
