GTA V game of the year? Absolutely not! Overrated and overshadowed by other titles that year, if you ask me.

Yep, GTA V was indeed crowned Game of the Year by several outlets back in 2013! It's not just the vast open world that won people over but the intricate storyline, dynamic characters, and, of course, the sheer amount of freedom to wreak havoc in Los Santos. Critics and players couldn't get enough of it.

Definitely, GTA V snagged the Game of the Year title from many gaming media and award ceremonies in 2013. I remember because it basically took over my life for a solid few months. The adrenaline from pulling off heists and exploring every nook and cranny of the city was unmatched. Best gaming experience of that year, hands down.

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
