Nope, Street Fighter dropped its first game in 1987. Mortal Kombat showed up a bit later, in 1992.

Street Fighter came out in 1987, beating Mortal Kombat by a solid 5 years. Fatalities hadn't even been invented yet!

Nah, Street Fighter was the original contender, hit the scene in '87. Mortal Kombat followed in '92. Simple as that.

Street Fighter released in 1987. Mortal Kombat didn't join the party until 1992.

Street Fighter came out in '87, while Mortal Kombat debuted in '92. So, Street Fighter was first!

If you're a Mortal Kombat player looking for extra coins or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in Mortal Kombat essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
