Not quite! In the 1995 movie Mortal Kombat, there's a character named Director, played by Sandy Helberg, who looks a lot like Spielberg. But Spielberg himself wasn't actually in the game or the movie.

As someone who's been a fan of both Spielberg and Mortal Kombat for years, I can confirm that Steven Spielberg was never involved in Mortal Kombat. But hey, wouldn鈥檛 that have been cool?
