I'd say 17+. My buddy and I played 'Lethal Company' during its Early Access phase, and let me tell you, it's not for kids. The atmosphere alone will give you the creeps, not to mention the monsters lurking around every corner.
17+ easy. It's horror, folks, not a walk in the park.
