Any high-end Android phone from the last couple of years should run War Thunder just fine. Think Galaxy S, Pixel, OnePlus.
Honestly, any mid to high-range Android phone released in the past couple of years should do the trick. No need to break the bank!
For War Thunder, make sure your phone has at least 3GB of RAM and a decent GPU. My OnePlus 6T works perfectly.
War Thunder runs well on my Xiaomi Redmi Note 8. It's got 4GB of RAM and a Snapdragon 665 processor.
