Showcase cards in MTG are special versions of cards with unique artwork and frame designs that stand out from the regular prints. They're like the bling of the Magic world, making your deck look cooler and more personalized. Wizards of the Coast releases them in certain sets to add a collectible flair or thematic emphasis, so if you like your deck to shine both in power and appearance, snagging some showcase cards is the way to go.

They're just fancy cards. Look pretty, but play the same. If you're into that sort of thing, cool, but honestly, gameplay over glam any day.

Got a showcase card in my last draft and wow, it did make me the envy of my play group for a hot minute. Not only do they look stunning, but having one feels like you're part of an exclusive club. 10/10 would recommend if you want to add some pizzazz to your deck.

If you're an MTG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of MTG cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
