Simple answer: Drucker County's Barricaded Strip Mall. It's got everything you need in one place!
For me, the Container Fort in Cascade Hills. It has great defenses and lots of space for facilities. Definitely my go-to!
Whitney Field in Meagher Valley is the best in my opinion. Tons of storage and it's centrally located, which helps a ton with scavenging.
Honestly, it's all about where you feel comfortable. Every base has its strengths, so find the one that fits your playstyle!
