It's all about what suits your playstyle! But, generally, having an Infirmary, Workshop, and Garden/Hydroponics is pretty solid. Keep your crew healthy, vehicles running, and bellies full!
A Training Facility can be a sleeper hit. Level up your characters' skills faster and become a zombie-slaying machine!
Hands down, Infirmary is the MVP. No one likes a zombie bite turning into a death spiral. Prioritize it!
Forget everything else, just get an Infirmary. If your survivors can't stay healthy, nothing else matters!
