Naruto Shippuden has a bunch of filler arcs. Some notable ones are the Three-Tails' Appearance (Ep 89-112) and Power (Ep 290-295). You can skip those if you're just in it for the main story!

I personally skipped on episodes like 170-171 and 176-196, but hey, to each their own!
