In NBA 2K, you mainly spend your cash on two types of currency: Virtual Currency (VC) and MyTeam Points (MT). VC is used for upgrading player attributes, buying cosmetic items, and unlocking various in-game content. MT is just for the MyTeam mode to buy player cards and packs.

You can buy VC to boost your player's attributes faster, snag some sweet cosmetic items, or get ahead in MyCareer mode. MT is more for building your dream team in MyTeam mode by buying packs and cards.

Micropayments in NBA 2K are mostly for VC, which lets you upgrade players and buy stuff, and MT, which is for getting new cards in MyTeam.

If you're a NBA 2K player looking for extra VCs or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in  NBA 2K essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
