Don't forget about the Shining Legends and Evolutions sets! They've got some really sought-after cards that both players and collectors love. Plus, the artwork is top-notch.

The most popular Pokémon card sets usually include classics like Base Set for its nostalgia and the Charizard card. Newer sets like Hidden Fates or the Sword & Shield series are also super popular because of their amazing artwork and the chance to pull shiny Pokémon cards. Basically, if a set has Charizards or shiny Pokémon, it's gold.

Honestly, it's all about the Base Set. That's where it all began. Sure, new sets have cool features, but nothing beats the OG Pokémon card vibe.

Gotta say, Hidden Fates is overrated. Everyone's all about those shiny cards, but there are plenty of other sets with great gameplay value and cooler themes.

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
