What are the rules for mixing cards in Pokemon TCG?
In Pokemon TCG, mixing cards is totally cool as long as they're all legal for the format you're playing. Mainly, make sure your deck has exactly 60 cards, doesn't have more than 4 of the same card (except basic Energy cards), and only uses cards that are allowed in your play format (like Standard or Expanded). Different sets and expansions can mix freely within those rules, so feel free to get creative with your deck!

Honestly, just stick to the format rules (Standard or Expanded) and ensure you're not running more than 4 copies of any card, except basic Energy. Beyond that, it's a creative free-for-all. But personally, I think themed decks are where it's at, even if mixing sets is totally allowed.
Mixing cards? Rules are simple: 60 cards per deck and no more than 4 of the same card, except for basic Energy. Also, keep it format legal - Standard and Expanded have their own card pools. Other than that, mix away and have fun brewing!
Keep it to 60 cards, max 4 copies of any card (unlimited basic Energy), and stay within format rules. Beyond that, mix to your heart's content!
Mixing? Sure, but why not go pure? I say pick a set and go deep. Themed decks for the win!
