In the Pokemon TCG, each player starts with a deck of 60 cards, aiming to defeat their opponent by knocking out their Pokemon. Players take turns drawing cards, playing Pokemon to the field, attaching Energy cards to them to attack, and using Trainer cards for special effects. The first player to knock out six of the opponent's Pokemon and collect their six Prize cards wins!

It's pretty simple: you and your opponent flip a coin to see who goes first. You both start with a hand of seven cards, put a Basic Pokemon in the active (battle) position, and up to five more on the bench. Use Energy cards to power your Pokemon's moves, knock out your opponent's Pokemon, and win by collecting Prize cards or if they run out of Pokemon to play.

lol just throw down the Pikachu card and zap 'em. Jk, you gotta strategize by evolving your Pokemon, managing your Energy cards, and using your Trainer cards wisely. Win by getting those Prize cards or leaving your opponent with no moves.

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
