Tokens are basically creatures or artifacts that cards create during gameplay. They're not part of your deck but still hit the battlefield ready to rumble. Just remember they vanish into the ether if they leave the battlefield!

In Magic The Gathering, tokens are stand-ins for creatures and other permanents that aren't represented by physical cards from your deck. Generally, they're created by spells or abilities from other cards and can be anything from 1/1 white Soldier creature tokens to 10/10 giant monster tokens! You can use anything as a token - a coin, a piece of paper, or official token cards produced by Wizards of the Coast.

Oh, tokens? They're just temporary creatures or artifacts. Handy for a quick battlefield boost but remember, if they're bounced back to your hand, poof! They're gone for good.

If you're an MTG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of MTG cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
