In my experience, fighting Deva-Rengoku probably nets you the most EXP. The fight is tough but worth it!
Go for the Gen 3 Tailed Beast bosses. They drop insane EXP and some pretty cool loot.
It's definitely the Boss in the Training Grounds area.
Honestly, the best way is to check in-game updates or fan forums. They always have the latest info on high EXP bosses.
