For a PS3, you'll need an HDMI cable for high-definition video and audio if your TV supports it. Otherwise, a component AV or composite AV cable will work too. Plus, of course, the power cord!

Pretty simple, just an HDMI cable and the power cord! If you have an older TV, you might need composite AV cables instead.

HDMI is the only cable you really need for a PS3 aside from the power cord. Trust me, I've used mine for years without any extra cables.
