Yu-Gi-Oh? More like Yu-Gi-Slow. Pokemon cards were the OG, launching in 1996.
Actually, I prefer Yu-Gi-Oh for its strategic depth, but gotta give props to Pokemon for coming first in '96.
Gotta catch 'em all, and by 'em, I mean facts! Pokemon Cards were the first out of the gate in 1996. Yu-Gi-Oh was playing catch up when it debuted in 1999.
