Human flesh. That's pretty much it.
Ghouls primarily eat human flesh, but coffee is the only 'normal' drink they can enjoy. Guess they need their caffeine fix too!
From personal experience watching the show, ghouls seem to have a really hard time with anything other than human meat and coffee. I remember Kaneki's first bite of a regular sandwich... yikes!
