What can kill indestructible creatures in Magic: The Gathering?
Despite its name, 'indestructible' isn't the end-all be-all in MTG. You can get around it with a few sneaky moves. Exile effects, like with the card 'Path to Exile,' don't care about indestructibility because they remove the creature from the battlefield instead of destroying it. -1/-1 counters can also wipe out those tough creatures by reducing their toughness to 0 or less, making them hit the graveyard for being too feeble to stand. And then there's the good ol' 'Sacrifice' mechanic – cards that force your opponent to sacrifice creatures can bypass indestructibility since the player is choosing to sacrifice the creature, not destroy it.

Just use board wipes that change the game state without 'destroying' stuff. Like, 'Cyclonic Rift' bounces everything back to the hand, so it's a bye-bye indestructible creature without technically destroying it.
Honestly, just exile them. Easiest way to deal with those pesky indestructibles.
