You can play with a lower-end card, but the higher the better. Just get the best you can afford. Simple as that.

Honestly, a GTX 760 will do the trick for the basic requirements. For better experience tho, aim higher!

I run Total War: Warhammer on an NVIDIA GTX 1060, and it’s been a smooth ride! Anything equal to or better should work great.

Don't skimp on the graphics card! The game's immersive battles are worth a GTX 970 minimum.
