Basically, the longer the walk to hatch, the rarer the Pokemon. I've hatched a Shiny Riolu from a 10km egg before. It's like a mini lottery!

Eggs in Pokemon GO can hatch into a variety of Pokemon based on their distance tiers: 2km, 5km, 7km, 10km, and 12km eggs. You can get anything from cute little Pichus to powerful Larvitars!

Walking those eggs can be a workout, but the surprise inside makes it all worth it. Hatch on, trainers!

You can get regional exclusives and event-specific Pokemon from eggs too. So keep an eye on those special events for unique hatches.

Hot take: it's mostly baby Pokemon from the shorter distances and potential powerhouses from longer ones. Don't sleep on those 12km eggs鈥攖hey're from Team GO Rocket!

If you're a Pokemon GO! player looking for extra PokeCoins or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in Pokemon GO! essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
