Hot Wheels are made by Mattel, one of the largest toy companies globally. They were first introduced to the world in 1968 by Elliot Handler, co-founder of Mattel, inspired by the idea of creating a cooler, more exhilarating version of diecast cars than what was previously available. So, Mattel is the mastermind behind those cool, little cars that many of us grew up racing across living room floors.

Mattel! They've been cranking out these miniature speed demons since the late '60s. Always innovating with wild designs and epic tracks that make you wish you were four inches tall so you could enjoy a ride in one.

It's Mattel. No debate or deep dive needed. They've been in the game since '68 and pretty much own the cool toy car scene.
