Rockstar Games is the proud owner of the Grand Theft Auto series. They took the wheel from DMA Design, who originally launched the game back in the '90s. So yeah, Rockstar is the boss!

Actually, while Rockstar Games publishes it, don't forget Take-Two Interactive owns Rockstar. So, technically, Take-Two Interactive is the big boss behind GTA.
