Original Pokemon cards have a distinct design featuring the Pokemon's name at the top, HP (Hit Points) on the right of the name, a colorful illustration of the Pokemon in the middle, its moves or abilities below the illustration, and the Pokemon's type symbol in the upper right corner. The bottom of the card includes the Pokemon's Pokedex entry, collector number, and set symbol.

Just look for anything that screams '90s nostalgia with a Pikachu on it. If it's got bright colors and reminds you of simpler times, you're probably holding an original.

They're basically a '90s kid's treasure trove - bright, colorful, and with that unmistakable nostalgic energy. You've got your Pokemon's pic smack dab in the middle, their name and HP at the top, and their moves at the bottom. Don't forget the shiny holographic cards that were the envy of the playground!

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
