Endurance over everything! I sent out two Dwellers with maxed Endurance and decent gear. They lasted way longer and brought back way better loot than anyone else. It's like they're supercharged!
In Fallout Shelter, each stat boosts how well your Dwellers perform in the wasteland. Strength helps in fighting off enemies. Perception makes finding useful items more likely. Endurance increases survival time by boosting health and resistance to radiation. Charisma influences encounters with other Dwellers. Intelligence speeds up healing. Agility lets your Dwellers dodge attacks. Lastly, Luck increases the chances of finding Caps and rare items. So, beefing up your Dwellers' stats can really make a difference out there in the wild wasteland!
Honestly, just max out Endurance and Luck for your Wasteland explorers. The rest helps but those two make the biggest difference in survival and finding the good stuff.
