Those symbols are all about making your life easier—or harder! For example, a red skull icon means there's a plague heart nearby. An icon of three people means there's an enclave, which is a group of other survivors you can interact with. You'll also see different icons for resources like food, meds, fuel, etc., to help you know what you might find in a location.

The symbols are basically your survival cheat sheet. Red skulls mean danger like plague hearts, and icons of people mean other survivor groups! Pay attention to resource icons—those really save your butt in a pinch!

It's just a bunch of icons to tell you what to expect in different places. Red skull = plague heart, three people = other survivors.

Those icons tell you what’s up in the world. Red skull? Plague heart. Group of people? Other survivors. Resources? Food, meds, fuel. Easy peasy.

The symbols mean different things like nearby plague hearts, enclaves of survivors, resource locations, and more. Learn 'em or perish!
