You need to download Fortnite from the Epic Games Launcher. Make sure your PC meets the minimum system requirements listed on Epic's website -- that's crucial.
Honestly, any potato PC from the last decade should run Fortnite. Just be prepared for some lag if it's really old!
A computer with at least 4GB RAM, an Intel HD 4000 GPU or better, and Windows 7/8/10 64-bit. Plus, don't forget an internet connection.
From my experience, you also want a good gaming mouse and keyboard. Trust me, it makes a difference!
