'Bad card' doesn't mean the Hot Wheels car is damaged, just the packaging. Some collectors don't mind if they're gonna rip it open anyway!

In the Hot Wheels world, 'bad card' usually refers to the packaging of the car rather than the car itself. It means the card (the cardboard backing to which the car is attached) might be bent, torn, or damaged in some way. Collectors often look for mint condition packaging, so a 'bad card' can lower the value or desirability to those focused on collectibility.

Honestly, a 'bad card' can be good news if you're not too picky. It sometimes means you can snag a cool car at a lower price because the packaging isn't perfect. It's all about the car for me, not the card.

Bad card means a collector's nightmare but a kid's dream. The car's fine; the box isn't. Kids don't care, they just wanna play!
