Battery saver mode in Pokémon GO dims your screen and reduces power consumption when your phone is upside down or in your pocket. Perfect for those long Poké hunts!

Battery saver mode? It’s basically a nap for your screen while your phone's in your pocket. Keeps the game running, though.

It just keeps the game running but turns the screen off when your phone is upside down. Handy for walking around to hatch those eggs!

Battery saver in Pokémon GO is supposed to help save your phone’s battery by dimming the screen when you’re not actively looking at it. I’ve used it and it definitely helps on long walks!

If you're a Pokemon GO! player looking for extra PokeCoins or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in Pokemon GO! essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
