Grade 9 in Pokemon cards basically means the card is in superb condition but not absolutely perfect. Think of it as an A student who just missed a single question on the test. The card will have very minor flaws that most people wouldn't notice without looking super closely.

I got a Grade 9 Charizard once, felt like winning the lottery but also kinda not? It's amazing but you're always gonna wonder about that tiny bit missing for a 10. Grade 9 means it's in excellent condition, just not the pinnacle of perfection.

Grade 9 is like the silver medal in the Pokemon card world. It's awesome, but not the top-tier gold. It means the card is super close to being perfect, but there鈥檚 something tiny keeping it from a perfect 10. Like maybe a tiny scratch or the edges aren't 100% sharp.

Honestly, Grade 9 is overrated. Sure, it's great, but the price jump to a perfect 10 isn't always worth it. If you're not super picky or looking to sell, a Grade 9 card will make you just as happy.

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
