Becoming a Pokemon TCG judge requires a deep understanding of the game's rules, a fair and unbiased mindset, and the ability to manage game play at events. You gotta love the game and be committed to keeping up with the latest rule changes and card interactions. Many start by volunteering at local tournaments to gain experience. And don't forget, you'll need to pass the Pokemon Professor exam, which proves you've got the chops for the role!

Just be good at the game lol. But seriously, know the rules inside out and be cool with dealing with people. That's half the battle.

To be honest, it's not just about knowing the game. You've got to have patience, especially when explaining complex rules to new or young players. I've seen the best judges take the time to make sure everyone understands and enjoys the game.

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
