JP stands for Job Points in GTA 5 Online. They're mainly used to determine tiebreakers in playlists. The more JP you have, the higher you rank if there's a tie on the playlist score. But outside of playlists, they don't really have a direct impact on gameplay. Think of them as a high score that resets after you finish playing in a playlist or after each session.

Honestly, Job Points (JP) are pretty much a scoreboard thing in playlists. Got a bunch of them once, felt like a king until I realized they don't buy you anything cool in-game. So, enjoy the temporary glory!

JP? Just for bragging rights, really. They reset after you log off, so don't sweat it too much.

They're like those arcade ticket points but less useful. Rack 'em up in playlists, then poof, gone when you log off!

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
