It's just a score thing, Job Points (JP). Doesn't buy you anything, but it shows you've been busy!

Honestly, most players barely notice their JP. It's cool for bragging rights in a playlist, but that's about it.

JP in GTA 5 stands for 'Job Points'. It's the score you get after completing missions, races, deathmatches, or pretty much any job in GTA Online. The more jobs you do, the more JP you rack up. It's mainly used to determine tiebreakers in playlists, not for buying stuff, so you can't spend it like cash or RP.

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
