Regenerate? Overrated. Better to use cards that prevent damage in the first place or give your creatures indestructible. More bang for your buck and less worrying about timing.

Simply put, regenerate in MTG gives your creature a second chance. If it's about to be destroyed, you tap it, remove all damage from it, and it escapes death this time around. But keep in mind, if a creature has 'can't be regenerated' on it, this magic lifeline won't work.

Regenerate in MTG is like hitting the 'undo' button on your creature's demise! When you regenerate a creature, it means if it would be destroyed (either by damage or a spell/ability that says 'destroy'), it's not. Instead, you remove all damage from it, and it stays on the battlefield ready to fight another day. Just remember, you need to activate the regenerate ability *before* your creature would be destroyed, not after. Timing is everything!

If you're an MTG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of MTG cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
