Spotify doesn't really have a deep meaning like "serendipity" or something鈥攊t's a cool combo of "spot" and "identify!" Genius, right?
I've always thought of Spotify as the spot where you can identify songs... Just my two cents though!
Honestly, it's just a great name for a music app. Who cares about the meaning when the tunes are top-notch!
