In the world of Magic The Gathering, 'suspend' is a nifty little mechanic that lets you play the long game. It allows you to pay an alternate cost and exile a card with time counters on it. At the beginning of your upkeep, you remove a time counter, and once the last one is removed, you get to cast that spell for free! It's like putting your spell in a magical slow cooker and waiting for it to be just right.

Honestly, I think suspend complicates things. Why wait turns when you can play spells directly? But hey, to each their own strategy.

'Suspend' in MTG? It's basically a 'delayed blast' for spells. You pay less up front, exile the card with some counters, then remove one each turn. Once the last counter is gone, boom, cast it without paying its mana cost. Great for planning ahead or surprising your opponent!

If you're an MTG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of MTG cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
