Noggins love to be around Mammotts, so place a Mammott next to your Noggin for bonus happiness.

Just decorate your island a bit. Noggins like almost any decoration, so don鈥檛 stress it too much!

From my experience, placing a Shrub next to a Noggin also makes them quite content.
