What Does the Tick Do in The Binding of Isaac?
The Tick reduces bosses' health by 15% when you enter the room and also gives you a small heal of one red heart if you're missing any. Be careful though, it's one of those trinkets you can’t really remove once you pick it up, unless you find a way to replace it with something like the Match Stick.
