When I first heard "Woomy!" during my Splatoon binging, I thought it was squid language for "here comes trouble!" It's catchy, and now I say it randomly IRL!
As an Inkling, yelling 'Woomy!' just feels right when you’re splatting your way to victory. It's the squid equivalent of 'Let's go!'
