Naruto Shippuden has quite a few filler episodes! Generally, episodes 57-71, 91-112, 144-151, 170-171, 176-196, 223-242, 257-260, 271, 279-281, 284-289, 290-295, 303-320, 347-361, and 376-377 are pure filler.

If you want to skip the filler, avoid anything between episodes 284 and 289. They're pretty much non-canon and don't impact the main story.
