Honestly, I'd say Episode 322 during the Fourth Great Ninja War. The fight scenes get super intense and the animation reflects that.

Episode 85 is where you start to see a noticeable improvement, especially during Kakuzu and Hidan's fight. Much smoother and more detailed.
